Travel and Hotel
All non-sponsored delegates will need to arrange their own flights to Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Flights
There are regular international flights to and from Watty Airport, Vientiane from Bangkok (Thailand), Hanoi (Vietnam), Kuming (China), Pheom Phen and Siem Reap (Cambodia).

Airport Transfer
Please arrange with your hotel in Vientiane to take you to and from the airport.
Once you have collected your baggage and entered the arrival hall at Watty Airport please register at the Conference Information Desk and for assistance in transferring to your hotel.

Transport within Vientiane
Transportation will be provided to and from official conference events.
