Representatives of both local and international media are invited to attend the conference by registering and identifying themselves in the media category.
Representatives will need to:
- Complete and send a registration form
- Provide a letter from their organisation confirming they are an employee of that organisation and address the letter to:

National Regulatory Authority UXO
- Send a copy of their passport that includes the document number and the date of expiry
- Complete and send the Media Visa Application form

Once the application is approved, the applicant will receive official notification from the Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Lao PDR.
